Run Report ....
NSW Railway Museum, Thirlmere, 18 April 2021 ....
The group met-up at Leo's Diner, Glenfield, with plenty of club members in attendance. At 9:30am, we were out of the carpark and on our way down the freeway with an easy 45-minute drive to Thirlmere and we were parking our cars in front of the musuem. Once this was done, we moved inside; what a fantastic place with so many displays depicting a bygone era of the NSW railway system. It takes you back in time. By 12:20pm, we assembled back in the foyer, then just a short walk to our lunch destination, namely the Welcome Inn. The service was pretty good, and in a short time, everybody was enjoying thier meal. As always, these great outingss go fast, and once lunch was done, both steve and myself gave a talk about the next run. Many thanks too all who attended.
Attendies: steve, Annie, Pete, Heath, Robin, Ivan, Prue, Greg, Gary, Kerrie, Bob, Norma, Rose, Harold, Lily, Levi, Jim, Jenny and Bob.
Apologies: Mike, Gabrielle, Angie and Lance.
Many thanks.
Bob,
