Run Report ....
Kurrajong Heights Hotel, 15 November 2015 ....
Well this was the last run of the year and where has the time gone? Another year's runs done and over. We met under grey skies at McDonalds, Penrith then headed-off on time for the Kurrajong Heights Hotel. It was a nice, leisurely, 45-mimute journey and everybody managed to stay together in a group and arrived at the destination in a group. On arrival, we were met by we by Rob, Leanne, Tash and the children. After parking the cars, we headed into the dining room headed into the dinning room (this pub gets busy on Sundays) where we found the service a bit slow, but the food looked good. After lunch there is always time for a talk about the cars and Liz was busy checking the new jacket size for the group to order. (Speak to Liz about the jackets as they look great).
I informed everyone about upcoming events after which it was time to head for home. At this point and on behalf of Les and myself, I would like to thank members for attending the runs this past year and I look forward to catching-up on next year's runs.
Just a reminder that 2016 marks the 10th anniversary of the formation of the NSW Torana Club, and as such, the January run will be a celebratory, anniversary run. I look forward to seeing everybody there.
Attendees: Liz, Les, Peter, Angie, Rob, Leanne, Tash and Children, Joe, Cath, Mike M and Richie (visitor).
Apologies: Scott, Leeane, Rose, Hasrold, Steve, Annie, Michael V, Mike, Gabby, Mark, Heather, Peter and Lance.
