Run Report ....
Mangrove Mountain, 25 October 2009 ....
The group arrived at the starting point by 9:00am. After we had something to eat, it was down to the talk about the days run. We left on time at 9:30am. Some were caught at traffic lights but we were all together by the time we reached the freeway. The run up to the Wyong turnoff was pretty good and very little traffic to speak of.
Taking the Wyong exit and we turned left onto the Yarramalong Road which was a bit bumpy for some; no names. The rest of the road up to the dam was good. Once the group arrived we were greeted by Scott and Leanne (they advanced us with the lunch). It didn't take long to start the cooking off. Lunch was eaten and not long after this it was raining so we decided to pack up and head home. The run home was slow because of the heavy rain on the freeway.
