NSW All Holden Day, Clarendon, 03 August 2008 ....
What seemed to be a promising day weather wise turned out to be a little disappointing for All Holden Day this year. With showing of only four Toranas it looked as though not many people were available to attend this year.
Around lunch time we did receive an unexpected visitor. Lance Haslewood dropped in for a chat after visiting his son who has just returned from overseas service.
Having said this the club did pick up a trophy with Bob Byrnes Barbados Green L34 picking up the Glossodia Rural Fire Service Award for Car of the day. Toranas seemed to be the pick of the day with around 18 cars winning trophies.
Thank you to all of those in attendance: Scott and James Davidson, Reno Emanuele, Bob Byrnes, Mark and Michelle Warren (in their new Rodeo Ute).
Those who dropped-in: Lance and Rick Haslewood.
A special mention also goes out to the Aldridge family who missed the event due to our favourite junior member being ill. We wish Cody all the best and a speedy recovery.
Great Cars, Great Runs, Great People, Great Times ....
